Agree. That this quarter will tell what we do or don’t wish to hear. I believe the sum of all the parts of Novatti are much bigger than currently reflected in the share price.

Information vacuums are unruly. People plug in their own conclusions, it’s human nature. To be fair, the current CEO and current rationalisation strategy has been in place for only 11 months.

If you search LinkedIn there is a definite reduction in engineering/business development staff numbers of Novatti and a few related entities. In my mind this aligns with costs reduction measures that have been stated. I envisage some longer term employee departures would have resulted in larger payouts based on years service and or contractual
obligations. I believe this quarter is the one to clearly identify current cashflow trends.








I did do some research on the top customers of the billing programs - Basis2 and Emersion Systems and it appeared that these entities (albeit small
contributors to the group) are starting to get some traction..
