Morning all NOV holders!!

After a great 2021 calendar year so far, I am feeling that the last 4.5 months of 2021 will be just as good.

From my rough calculations, once the two institutional CR amounts come into the coffers ($28.1m + $11.9m), NOV should have around $26.5m in cash.

Obviously disregarding any cash burn so far this quarter.

NOV had:

Cash at bank - 30 June 2021: $8.8m
CR - Institutions: $40m
CR - SPP: $0.25m

Less 22.5 shares in RKN @ $1 approx: $22.5m

Equals Cash at Bank of approximately $26.5m.

So a very rough EV for NOV = $145m market cap - $26.5 m cash - $25m (RKN stake) = $93.5m EV

Certainly not demanding considering we "exited" FY 2021 with nearly a $20m per year revenue run rate.

And with a strongly growing core business, international expansion, plus heaps of other "new revenue opportunities" in front of us (including one much anticipated RADI licence)
