This should be academic based on the results from the General Meeting published on Thursday of last week. Resolution 4 was approved and therefore as a consequence of the firm financial commitments received for the second tranche, the share purchase should proceed based on the agreed terms. The institutions participating in the capital raise are doing so based on the business strategy presented and the growth prospects of the Company.
