Novatti has spent the last couple of Months acquiring RKN along with raising $40M in 2 days from a large institution (they had 3 to select from).
they also utilised $3M of the CR to pay for the licensing fees, what does that tell you? Did you forget to add the part in about the last several months?
Its only been 2 and its been trending sideways apart from todays market pullback.
