    I have had many instances when the SP dips hard prior to the leg up.

    Sometimes I think institutions do it on purpose so retail weaklings don't get a free ride on the way up.

    Normal dip was about 5% for small caps today but NOV over dipped 12%. 44c up 7% to 47c tomorrow?
