The Major plan for Nov has been the Acquiring and bank licenses. Developing rails and growth over the last few years is really culminating to the next few months. With these in the bag you can really see a comparison with Tyro payments a payment processor with a bank license and a merchant acquirer.

Tyro with an annual revenue of 189M and Market cap 1.9 B. Novatti With annual revenue of 20M currently. With an annual increase of 50% , Nov would reach 150M revenue in 5 years, 227M in 6 years.

Nov @ 2B Market cap is approx 14 X from here, (given that is over 6 years).

This is just an upside example. If NOV can stick at 50% topline revenue growth for the next few years the upside is enormous, these licenses officially will take NOV to the big leagues, giving the company the platform to offer a service in a growing market sector!
