NOV introduced Regal as substantial holder
I can see Afterpay has Tencent as substantial holder. I can see ZIP has Klarna as substantial holder
We have known there are deep cooperation between Nov and Alipay(which is ChinaPayment replied on), Wechat Pay(Tencent).
So why can't NOV find a "good" strategic substantial holder like that? Because Nov have no choice when lack of money on June.
What is Regal famous for? Are they blindly put their money on Nov?

Are the expectation of acquiring license and APRA license changed?
The expectation of acquiring license is set by Nov and CryptoSpend for "Sep". Now it is delayed one month already. And most interesting thing is that people here is trying to ignore the delay. Again, Market doesn't like any type of delay.
Regards the expectation of APRA license. There is no due day. But it was hot topic since the beginning of the year. People guess July, Sep. Now guess November or next year. Then big boys could bring SP to anywhere before it, and we can see it is south.

Timing is very important for Nov and Competitors, which have been proven in 2019. If Nov got the license in 2019, SP should be already 2 dollars.
If you are always one step behind, you will have more difficulty. Sometimes, success of others such as Judo can't be copied.

And the most important thing is the SP trend has been changed since July when company performance is still good.

Anyway, people here are happy to see such low SP and keeping undervalued. Happy cumulating since SP does need retail investors to support. Otherwise, who will gain the loss of Regal. Eventually, APRA license will bring Nov to 1 dollar + next year.
