Im not going to hide it, I’m extremely excited about Novatti’s 2022 campaign, last year Novatti focused on growth and expansion, which they definitely achieved- Doubled the team, expanded into new countries and received acquiring licenses from Visa and MasterCard- which are integrated and live (keeping in mind we are 1 of only 20 holders in Australia).

This year im most looking forward to the announcements of multiple layers of the Novatti business such as-

— Emersion- we’ve been live in the US for approximately 6 months, im extremely excited to see the uptake and possible announcements with big cliental. The US is a great market for Fintech.

-ATX- Malaysia growth and expansion- current plans around this acquisition along with possible integration of other Novatti products.

-Verve- Growth from Verve and plan on further expansion in this space.

-Novatti Australia- Excited to see big announcements of partnerships with big Fintech companies in Australia with our licenses. Now that we have these, our % of revenue and profit increase automatically from .3%-.5% per transaction to 1%-1.5% per transaction.

Banking license (obviously).

IMHO this will be Novatti best year yet and will be the most exciting for shareholders as we have the team and product now to execute. The leadership are about to take Novatti to the next level and on the world stage.
