Either;
Market realised that NOV makes money and does not burn money like others in it sector.
Market cap very low considering revenue it produces, also growth year on year is enviable to others in same sector.
An acquisition is in the pipeline with all that cash on hand.
The quarterly is looking very juicy.
The banking licence is closing completion.
Or the market is doing what the market does.
We shall see. Been a while coming though.
