NOV will have about $40-45M revenue run rate in 12 months.
Approx. 80% of revenue is growing at 103% YOY & the other 20% flat. ATX acquisition & banking business will also contribute. Emersion has recently been linked up with US tax system & Novatti are going to launch their payment gateway into US this year (listen to the recent Emersion podcast). Emersion are also in the process of changing from Cumulus to Nimbus system with API's making it very easy for software to integrate. There are many improvements being made to Emersion & it will have more info than the accounting software packages Xero, MYOB. There was a comment made that Emersion will be like an API integrator.
Will be about $75-80M revenue run rate in 24 months.
Will be exceeding $100M in 36 months.
