This is my wish. I know the words such as "seeking" used in "Update on new banking business" is interesting. However, if not a final and substantially complete application, why bother to put "90 days" there especially also providing the note of the APRA file to set an expectation(Maybe just I have this expectation). NOV could avoid to mention it if it doesn't mean something. Furthermore, If APRA required another iterative process or more documents in last two months, NOV should already provide another update. This is just my assumption.
