    Also, JDO has 1.1B shares on issue & $2.02B MC whereas NOV has 335.3M shares & $72M MC.

    So NOV has about 30% of JDO shares & 3.5% of JDO MC. Huge upside for NOV.

    At $2B MC the NOV SP will be $5.96 & not $1.83 like JDO = x3.25 SP for same MC.
