Few things to keep in mind

Somebody asked Peter about his insight on the “negative balance” and “how is the netl oss sustainable”.

Peter responded with

- NOV having “strong balance sheet” and they are NOT negative on the balance sheet, mentioned that “they are far from the opposite”

- Being focused on revenue growth in the past few years in terms of KPI

- Next 12 months would be growth and cash flow positive

-They are in fact cash-flow negative on a quarter-to-quarter basis, however some cash consumption has gone to build security collateral with Visa, Mastercard and Amex (I didn’t know they had a partnership with Amex until now)

Only negative thing that I can get out from the Webinar is that Emersion is growing slower than expected because it is hard to build client base from zero. They have some now but not as many as they would have hoped for.

Another thing I would like to find out from the pros, are what exactly is security collateral with those cards company?

Nevertheless, happy for people to focus on the negative so LTH can snatch more up in the market.
