Isn’t this kind of the point in investing in sub 100m market cap stocks?
are there many stocks below 100m that have great growth numbers and are cash flow and ebitda positive? I would side with no.
The point of long term investing in these low mcap companies is to try and find the next big thing and make a lot of money for being patient.
Stocks like altium or appen were floating around at low numbers for ages until they suddenly hit the threshold where large institutions and ETF’s got on board.
If and when this company can become self sustainable (cash flow and EBIDTA positive then that’s where we’ll see some great growth IMO.
Isn’t this kind of the point in investing in sub 100m market cap...
