If we consider that the 114K current cloud customers haven’t had a payment gateway option previously and now they have this under the one platform this is a significant amount of money generated to Reckon and Novatti.

Reckon have openly stated that they are now going to grow this component of their business (70%) of their core offering and build new layers, this makes a compelling case- one would also have to consider the COB for cloud cliental, it would be a light touch cost compared to the layer previously sold.

With Novatti acquiring platform live in June & Visa cards being issued to the Reckon account base on top of the processing revenue, we may see a major increase and strong fundamental growth phase for Reckon & Novatti.

All my opinion- having 114K paying companies that are sticky to the platform is a considerable amount of businesses.
