    Couldn't agree more. His valuation is deceivingly optimistic, no one values a company using a topline divided by SOI (as if to say cost doesn't exist).
    You either use a market adjusted P/S ratio to estimate the value of a loss making company or forecast it to a time horizon where it is generating profit and use DCF, which is the more accurate way.

    One thing I do agree though is there's substantial upside to the current SP level.
