Emersion as a standalone business has the potential to become a $100m plus entity in its own right based on track record (proven sustainability), premium multiple based on age of business (3+ years) and most importantly, the rate of growth. In FY2019 prior to Novatti's acquistion, Emersion posted $1.7m of revenue (80% recurring) with an EBITDA of $300k. Fast forward over two years and business has exponentially expanded its footprint with its launch in the US which should significantly accelerate growth across all KPIs.
In Paul Dundas, the company has a highly motivated, experienced CEO who appears to have hired an equally motivated and target driven VP of Sales for North America in Joni Jandal. To understand the drive behind the business, their most recent podcasts (Emersion on Air) are good place to start.
