Don't be too emotional about it. If it makes you emotional you should probably find another extracurricular activity. I have a massive bag, deep in the red and I keep on adding to it because I can see where NOV is going. Dilution is the one thing I dislike more than anything and at these prices no one is going to cash in options any time soon!

Crypto taught me how to tame my emotions with trading and investing and knowing the difference. If you are invested you really shouldn't need to worry too much about the share price. If you thought it was good value when you bought it then you should be stoked when it's on sale at a discount. Alternatively if you are trading.....you shouldn't trade small caps with low volumes, that'll bite you in the bum!

The last thing I would say is know the type of trader you are, have rules, don't deviate and don't be annoyed when it goes against you, just means you get to hang around longer with all our other pals on HC!!
