If you subscribe to the 18 year property cycle, then we should be moving into the final phase of the cycle (signifcant investment / growth) were banking, property and commodity stocks lead the charge. Now would certainly be an opportune time for the banking licence to drop and for the team to start creating some serious value. The long term play is either an IPO or disposal for a extremely high multiple due to the investment frenzy within the sector - 3 to 5 year timeframe.
