After the cash payment has been added to NOV book, this puts NOV at the $50M revenue number (not including this quarterly numbers).
in addition, when you add the $8M cash payment, this adds an additional.02c to NOV intrinsic value, taking it too .13.4c, we are almost at intrinsic value now ($8m/321M=.024) + .11c current = 13.4c.
even if you simplify it and take out cash and reckon- that’s $37M in assets - meaning the market evaluates NOV at $15M dollars. You can break it down further- add ATX at $8M and Flexi at $5M = $2M evaluation….
how much more ludicrous can this get?
