    ASX doesn't get FinTech in general. Looking at the recent acquisitions like the Paygroup takeover deal by Deel (US company). Paygroup is offered a hefty 174% premium.

    Similarly, same thing happened with Reckon. Prior Reckon announced the 100 million takeover deal of the accounting management unit, the market valued Reckon at less than 100 million.

    ASX is a joke! All the good companies are acquired by US and UK companies
