    Sounds like you may be discounting the business economics of growth, inflection, infrastructure, and the digital transformation and modernisation, licence moat and tech let alone Australia's recent evident reliance and trajectory towards population growth through immigration.
    but thats all my speculation and each person is entitled to their investment thesis.
