Another question to ask:

The difference between
1) Novatti B Holding Company Pty Ltd
2) Novatti IBA Pty Ltd which is now known as International Bank of Australia Pty Ltd

Back in Oct 2021, Novatti bought back the 19.9% of shares back from BC Invest (where they bought in during the seeding round in May 2021) and hence Novatti now owns 100% of Novatti B Holding Company Pty Ltd.

Upon further digging, Novatti B Holding Company Pty Ltd is now IBOA Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN: 35 631 278 736). Per APRA's announcement, IBOA Group Holding Pty Ltd acts as the non-operating holding company.

Back in May 2021, announcement stated that NBHC (Now the IBOA Group Holding Pty Ltd) had received interest for $13 million in investment as part of the Series A funding round. Now the question would be, are these $13 million guaranteed (or still available) and if Novatti and BC Invest will action on the previously promised $3 million and $2.5 million respectively.
