    dont forget the financial claims scheme about why RADI and ADI is a big deal.

    hence why these would take 4 years plus 2 years to be approved . hence why its valuable. because the Government would be putting its neck on the line in the unlikely event that one of these financial institutions fails.

    so the endorsement is big. and not merely come regulatory tick and flick exercise
