I had a look at note 33 - share based payments from the annual report dated 29 August 2022.
a bit of luck really, if you read note 33 of the annual report (bottom of page 76) it says that 2,577,500 worth of bonus options (to convertable notes holders) with an exercise price of 0.25 expired on 30/10/2022 (just before the RADI news). - although these would not have been 'in the money' by much but could have added to selling pressure potentially. something we don't have to worry about now - these were under the code - NOVAK as pointed out above by aminer.
More importantly and more pressing, as also aminer points out, we have 3,666,668 of options under the employee share option plan granted back in 2018 at an exercise price of 0.19c with an expiry of 30/11/2022. Would be interesting to know if these are exercised and if so, quickly sold (or not) etc. this could have added to the selling pressure. but assumed we would have been notified of this (if they were exercised) with a non price sensitive announcement at some stage. ??? It does say they are subject to "market performance conditions" whatever that means???
In fact there appear to be a fairly sizeable 15,929,168 worth of options that are now in the money with various expiry dates (as highlighted below). these are employee share options. given when options are exercised the shares on issues (SOI) increase and therefore we would need to be notified about the increase to the SOI which by my last count is 335,297,521. ??
Hopefully these employees all have diamond hands like us LOL !! but I don't think there is any evidence to say (thus far) that any selling from employees (if any) is tied to recent exercise of options.
The other remaining 600k of options to consultants are not in the money (60c and 66c strike price).
