yes that is a fair point, the only thing I would add it to say you would have to account for the cash injection to novatti when the options are exercised. so just as an example if 40,000,000 were exercised at $0.20 then NOV would receive cash of $8m. So in theory, all things being equal it may impact to the tune of MCAP $89m + $8m = $97m . Then the diluted SP would be more like 25.5 (as an example).
