Novatti - The $1 party, page-3959

Hi everyone.

Amidst all the noise, thought I'd share what the pathway should look like for IoBA (The Bank) a subsiiary of Novatti.
Bankers are generally boring, and regulation is quite prescriptive.
Albeit it there is now an RADI, the goal is still to work to an ADI and also to obtain an AFSL and if the Bank is looking to provide credit and finance eventually obtain an ACL.

This is from APRA outlining the steps, criteria and time-frame for Banks to be established.

I'll copy and paste the parts I think are significant.


Self explanitory.




Important in understanding what the shape of the operations and balance sheet will look like going forward for The Bank.




The rest of the document then later goes into capital requirements and capital stacks for a full new ADI.
Which we need to learn how to do tummy time first before we get to walking.

Basically, I personally think it's a great time to accumulate, because the future value of this thing is exciting.
Part of me actually thinks the RKN divi was such a critical play and it was never really intended for the OPEX of NOV (the Company) but the ability to contribut this as capital to The Bank without having to shop for equity partners, because that now covers the capital requirements for phase 1, and almost phase 2.

There's alot going on. So take some time to digest, and thats only really HALF of what Novatti is engineering.

Payments and cross-boarder solutions is another vertical that will compliment the bank, but doesn't necessarily have to be part of or in the bank.

Coupled with Accounting services. etc.

But it's definitely another 24months in the making i think...
