Thanks for the explanation. So essentially NOV just need to verify their devices (if i am not mistaken, e.g. EFTPOs machine) in order for them to transact.
Previously NOV signed a deal with Mypinpad which allows them to process payment via Android devices. I assume this partnership with Datamash would allow them to offer merchants another method to be paid (in the sense that they are filling the hole in the situation where the merchants don't have android devices).
