Well that was well received - SP only down a further 5.75% - OMG with friends like PC, NOV doesn't need enemies.
At what point does the BOD decide that this guy is no longer worth the money, and a different MD, with market credibility is needed ?????
If one strips out NOV's 20% of RKN ( MC A$73m ) then NOV's net MC is less than A$50m.
So what does that say about the market value of NOV - would it be much less without RKN presumed synergies and income ??
Does it imply, the market doesn't think this company will be cash flow positive for GOK, and dividend (for SH's may never occur).
Obviously, this cow has produced lot's of cream for the MD, senior staff and BOD, but for long term SH's - its a big loser, especially for those who bought the CR and drank the CR Kool-Aid from the analysts who live off the stock. These "experts" still have 75c SP targets. Oh boy ...
