Can't disagree at this point, Volume s very low, maybe they as yet have not added clients.Many-many small transactions a couple of Bitcoins ones on there too but not a lot of activity.
I would also expect that the IBoA could use these rails but I saw no testing from India ... then again XLM is XLM but I'd expect to see some back and forth.
Time will tell, but the solution looks like it's clearly ready but yes, volume is clearly missing.
