What NOV can do with it? Take deposit? Then NOV need pay interest back to customer, right? Nobody coming to your door if you have lower interest rate than BIG FOUR. So NOV give higher rate for deposit, then what? Can NOV make more money than that higher rate with these deposit money? What they can invest? Home loan? They can't do it. BTC? Crazy risky. Business loan? Who trust them? 10 years bond? Buy more shares from RKN hen take dividend? Banking business is not easy and simple to run. And it do have more risk. Lucky Xinja didn't close the door and make all deposit disappeared.
