Food for thought.
Just a conspiracy theroy i have had for a couple of years now is that the BIG FOUR or another competitor in a similar financial space with deep pockets has been pushing the share price down by selling shares in NOV @ less than they paid for them to make sure they do not loose any of their competitive edge. NOV is a mino in the fiancial space at the moment but in the future if some of their technology in the stablecoin space or other areas is sucsessful and profitable NOV can be bought out for a fraction of their real value.

footnote; the BIG FOUR is just an example and i have no hard evidance and i do not mean to dicredit the BIG FOUR in any way.
