Hey Gorix,
I agree that the strike price for these options is low. I'm hoping the share price is much higher than today.
However, I guess the remuneration for executive employees needs to balance immediate salary with future potential upside.
I'm not sure how effective this sort of incentive is for the employee or the company.
A question I do have - does the CFO have to stay on for the full three years before they can exercise the option?
