Anything related to the bank they have always been quite cryptic as it sits seperate so it could be good or bad
the bank capital raise was always going to happen as NOV sells down over time and as they are the 91% shareholder maybe they needed a trading halt to get this all organised.
obtaining signatures at this time of year and board approval from relevant persons would take longer than usual but I guess we’ll see over the next few days or week.
