Maybe not an issue. Further reading on Eurus indicates they are a much bigger and better resourced player swooping in to buy something relatively turn-key to synergize their existing operations and future vision. Very similar to Novati's grand unrealised vision of IBOA being a pillar/foundation in an ecosystem. Good on Eurus! It's bitter sweet to me as a long term holder in Novatti. Necessary after being unable to find a backer though.
