NOV had about 10 annoucements in the second half of last year about partnerships, licenses, and new areas of business and it stayed the whole time between 24.5c and ~30c. Then after the run its had annoucements about Emersion (which in my opinion is going to be a big part of their business), Lifeplay, Ripple, etc. and still waiting on RentPay launch for which NOV own a small percentage and process the transaction hense taking a small percentage of each movement of money - and then lastly the banking licence. So they have had plenty of annoucements - its just the banking license which people are waiting for so the masses will pump the shit out of the share price on hype. Regarless of the banking license annoucement, NOV deservse to be trading at least around these levels. Over the next year as all these things begin gaining traction, we will see the friuts in future Q reports and the $'s will do the talking.
