    In my view waiting longer than anticipated for the RADI to be approved is quite positive , this means APRA is thorough with the applications and make it harder for new entrants , APRA will make sure the market is not flooded with neo banks , currently there is only one RADI " In 1 bank " which was approved late 2019.
