You make good points about where cash is being burnt by NOV and the view of many about the putative bank operation, However, NOV AB is a bit of an 'albatross around its neck', or a 'monkey on its back' at present with the delay in yes or no to the proposition creating uncertainty, and a negative vibe about the reason for the sloth-like pace in decision making by the Govt agency. I remain somewhat hopeful about NOV AB but I certainly have stop losses organized as a no-decision will have an impact on sentiment, if not on the operations of NOV. It has been simply taken too long to get this decision and I think this is becoming totally unacceptable. Is there no commercial acumen in Canberra ?
