There are a host of options that the company has gifted to directors and executives. The strike price of the options has been falling which tells you something.
I am hoping to some extent the share price languishes such that options expire out of the money though the 20 cent ones had quite a long time to expiry as the queue at the trough is deep and requires time to get one’s snout there.
You will know the end is nigh when all remuneration reverts to cash for directors and executives and options and incentives fall by the wayside.
