partnership seems a loose term these days. would you call your customers 'partners'? may be. looks like novatti have integrated Riskified into their platform. no doubt if cost is low, chargeback insurance based on fraud is a good idea, especially for those experiencing high fraud rates (often industry specific). will the customer have to pay addition to have that service? i have Kount,Forter,3DS2.0 integrated into my platform. fraud chargebark guarantee is essentially done in Australia via 3D secure 2.0 (https://3dsecure2.com/ or https://usa.visa.com/visa-everywhere/security/future-of-digital-payment-security.html). as i understand it, CBA (as card issuer) refuses to look at chargebacks unless 3DS2.0 is put onto the messaging sysyem (ie, award in customers favour). here is a good explanation - https://www.chargebackgurus.com/blog/understanding-frictionless-3d-secure-2.0-technology?hs_amp=true#can-3d-secure-eliminate-all-chargebacks.
