Question to consider IDT family...

mRNA is here to stay. We all know that. CSL is producing AZ and is not even halfway through their contract to produce 50 million shots. A local mRNA made vaccine is most likely 1-2 years away, maybe sooner but highly unlikely.

The government has a target on its back based on not having been fast enough with vaccine rollout, we all know that the opposition will run with that hard during its election campaign.

So here lies the opportunity to strike a deal with Novavax and have it manufactured here with a local company (IDT)

This would be very positive news for the government if they pulled this off.

In order for Novavax to even apply for approval they must have the manufacturing component locked in and having the vaccine manufactured here would mean a very fast approval in my opinion.

If you are the government what would you be focusing on?... mRNA or Novavax locally manufactured?

I would be doing everything in my power to get this deal done
