Pretty sure Roches Avastin was cleared for glioblastoma multiforme but relatively ineffective cos they couldn't deliver sufficently across the bloood-brain barrier, it was also speculated in artciles as one of their targets when Genetech/Roche jumped the blood-brain barrier with their engineered antibody - we've all speculated on that in past. All in time i guess.
