the resignation of the operations manager ann on the 15th and the discovery of low grade ore in the pit now being announced seems clearly someone was asleep at the wheel.
i beleive management have done the same thing when the plant was being constructed and its clear they where not going acheive the completion date.
is this current management inexperienced in hiring suitable staff to operate this mine.
if tomorrow there is no explaination or follow up from todays hollow announcement the person who is overall responsable for the development of this mine should resign.
my biggest concern is the investigation on what went wrong with grades......have management spent to much time in st kilda rd offices?
