It's hard to know whether you are for real. All of those issues have been thoroughly canvassed and there is no point in answering them point by point.

The simple reality is that OBJers have been led up the garden path by a Board which promised so much and delivered so little. In hindsight they were out of their depth when negotiating with P&G and all the hopes which we had, that once a major FMCG company took up our technology others would follow, were simply wishful thinking.

Like us, you may as well put all that behind you and face facts. They are simple enough. We get a dribble of income from P&G and we have a little money in the bank. We have no idea whether the P&G connection will ever make us cash flow positive and the Board has not given any guidance.

With no income projections and a long history of positive announcements which faded into nothing, this company cannot be valued in any useful way. It's a straight out spec and there is no getting around that.

The real hope for it is that we seem to have some useful technology and our new Board has plans to market our own products, using the same internet marketing techniques which were used by our new guru, Paul Peros. He helped build Foreo from scratch to a company selling a billion dollars worth of devices. We hope, and that is all it is, that he can do the same for us.

Perhaps he can do it; perhaps he can not. It's a roll of the dice and all of us who have been here for some time hope that he will succeed. I suspect that in order to do that he will copy Foreo and soon after Bodyguard is released he will source medical type devices from far and wide selling useful gadgets whether they are made by us or not.

That's about it. Can a souffle rise twice? Paul's marketing costs are likely to chew up our remaining cash, so sometime soon we will know whether we have blown our dough.

Meanwhile don't waste your time looking at old announcements. Most of them are about as real as Mills and Boon.
