Debt vs Equity

Found this elaboration from MT interesting. From memory its the first time he has addressed this in so much detail.
Obviously the debt is done and dusted. Cornerstone investment and consortium.
But the EQUITY options, very interesting. Multiple options and a long way from the dilution that might have occurred with only one JV partner as was the likely outcome just a year or so ago.

So yeah, so when we say equity there is a whole range, we just mean non-debt.”
