    The Company requests the securities of Kibaran Resources (KNL) be placed in a trading halt pending
    the release of an announcement concerning a material capital raising.
    The trading halt is expected to end when the Company makes an announcement to the ASX no later
    than the commencement of trading on Thursday 18th August 2016.
    The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.
