I've been working in the Pilbara the last 10years spending even time between maintenance and construction. A lot of construction jobs don't do nightshift so it's basically 10hr shift throughout the day in extreme temperatures, regular breaks and lots of fluid, hydration tests and as what was mentioned earlier many icypoles, and imagine dealing with it for 28days straight, massive fatigue and bosses management won't push workers too hard knowing how easy it is to loose workers due to heat exhaustion. along with the heat comes with massive storms that lead to flash flooding or cyclones which can delay production. It's a harsh environment and expect targets to blow out
