I don't think there are any offtake agreements for the tantalite expected soon. Presumably the main focus is on getting the plant operational on time. For me, the rising price of lithium probably reduces the importance of these credits in the short to medium term.
Longer term, the credits may be useful if/when supply catches up with demand. Although I think this may be longer than most people (experts) expect due to the many uses that lithium will be used for in the future.
