I have access to it but I am hesitant to post the whole article on a public forum as I may be asking for trouble.

Here is one paragraph that resolves the reason for such a large raising.

"Funds from the raising will also be used to acquire further licences in Mongolia, as well as providing cash to front up in Indonesia. Earley is also looking to bring on senior coal people into the company to work on a strategy for Mongolia and Indonesia"

We already know they are looking at Indo, but this paragraph and the amount raised makes it very clear that these acquisitions are only the beginning.
