The fact that the SAME question is being debated again clearly demonstrates a lack of transparency and clarity from the company regarding even the simplest of questions.

It is not confidential information in regards to whether royalties are based on the wand alone, wand and the creme, or creme only. Likely more combinations, but give me a break management - if you have done the homework and considering employed a whizz to handle the negotiations, how about definitive and clear statements and responses!

No wonder the Obj threads are full of speculation - half of it could be avoided with better shareholder communication.
